Job Title - Administrative Assistant

Job Description - The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the General Manager and the Operations team in a fulfillment center. The role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously, respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities of the role include managing and completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings and conferences, conducting clerical duties, typing meeting notes, creating conference agendas, scheduling cost-effective travel arrangements, assisting with internal communications, working with outside vendors, running work-related errands, compiling team goals, managing complex calendars, and coordinating closely with other teams within the fulfillment center.

Basic qualifications for the role include 2+ years of professional or military experience and experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Preferred qualifications include experience with end-to-end project management.
